As you know 75% heat would be transfer in the rooms from roof's. AC and Fan trying to cool simultaneously roofs but gas and air after heating evaporates on the roof. That's why AC can cool the room after a long time and it takes 50% more electricity.
With solar tiles inside room roof would remain cool. first of all room would not heated much or AC can cool room very fastly and uses very minimum electricity.
